We have another big milestone to celebrate here at Merit, Scott Stephens has been with us for 10 years.
Starting as a support agent, he quickly progressed to assistant support manager and later to support team leader, becoming a well-respected member of the management team.
Scott plays a vital part in helping the support team to understand our values and improve their knowledge.
